cancellations & refunds questions

Cancellation is possible for a futur credit (NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON) see below applicable fees) but only if requested by email. Should the track be closed due to a government issue order we will do our best to reschedule you to a new date or issue a credit for the following year.

CANCELLATIONS

  • No refunds, for any reason. A credit towards a future event will be issued only if a doctor’s note is provided at least 48 hours prior to scheduled event. 

PANDEMIC (COVID) Policy may change at any time since we must adapt to Ontario Provincial and Public health standards.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all government requirements and guidelines which can and will change throughout the season (ex.: vaccination and/or vaccination passport). If the track needs to close due to the current (or any other) pandemic or unexpected event, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule at no charge. No refunds, for any reason.

RE-SCHEDULING IS POSSIBLE OR ASKING A CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR

  • $150.00/day fee to re-schedule or get a credit if requested by email 21 days or more before the course;

  • $200.00/day fee to re-schedule or get a credit if requested by email 7 to 14 days before the course;

  • No credit will be possible if requested 1 to 7 days before the course or if not showing at the course.
     

ONLY A HEALTH MATTER COULD CHANGE THE REQUEST.
IT WOULD HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED DOCTOR DOCUMENT.

3.

REPLACEMENT - at $50.00+tax

If you cannot attend your course but arrange for a friend to take your spot, there is a $50 charge. You have to inform us before the course day. This request must be emailed to us at info@fastridingschool.com and informed by phone as well at 514-926-4551

 

Please note that the person taking your place must have sufficient riding experience to participate in the course for which you registered.
