cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refunds are possible (see below applicable fees) but only if requested by email using this form and followed-up with a phone call prior to your course date. This form is also included in the confirmation letter sent to you after registering. Should the track be closed due to a government issue order we will do our best to reschedule you to a new date or issue a credit for the following year.

CANCELLATIONS

  • $150.00 to a refund if requested by email 21 days or more before the course;

  • $200.00 to a refund if requested by email 7 to 14 days before the course;

  • No refund will be possible if requested 1 to 7 days before the course or if not showing at the course.
     

ONLY A HEALTH MATTER COULD CHANGE THE REQUEST.
IT WOULD HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED DOCTOR DOCUMENT.

RE-SCHEDULING IS POSSIBLE

  • $150.00 to a refund if requested by email 21 days or more before the course;

  • $200.00 to a refund if requested by email 7 to 14 days before the course;

REPLACEMENT - at $0.00 cost

If you cannot attend your course but arrange for a friend to take your spot, there is no charge. You have to inform us before the course day. This request must be emailed to us at info@fastridingschool.com and informed by phone as well at 514-926-4551
