Registration: 8:15 AM (pre-registration mandatory)

In class theory: 9 AM

We start with 1 1/2 hour of theory where we explain and discuss the different and proper techniques to become a safer and more confident rider.

Practice/training: 10:45 AM

On to the training facility where we put to work what was discussed in class. No high speed will be involved, but a series of specific exercises will be used to:

  • make you understand how motorcycle riding works,
  • help you have better judgement and make better decisions,
  • get what you want from your riding fitness,
  • help you feel more confident,
  • improve your safety...

The racetrack is divided in different sections. Each section focuses on different exercises which will be practiced over and over. This gives the riders the opportunity to practice a small portion at a time all the exercises involved in making you a better and safer rider. Proceeding by repetition is a quick and easy way to assimilate more technqies in a short period of time. At each section, a demonstration of the exercises will be performed by one of the instructors.

The class is divided in smaller groups and will rotate from section to section, again allowing the riders more practice for quicker improvement.

The class will be around 30 riders.

Laps regrouping all exercises: 3:30 PM (approx.)

After having experienced and practiced the different techniques of all section, you put those to work in doing controlled laps around the racetrack, following the instructors who set the speed to reprtoduce street riding speeds. Again this is done in small groups to maximize your benefits and safety.

Lunch: noon (approx.)
